Uanl Vs Adsl
These were our last few hours of free time. We watched how he taught Uanl to play games. We wrote out the words he used for the songs that he sang. And we ate some cheap lunch. Because we truly did feel alive, and we were only staying in Chicago for 3 days. You could describe our evenings here like this:
* Eating Korean Dried Beef. * Writing about the song we sang. * Eating noodles. * Practicing and memorizing an English sentence. * Dancing and laughing together. * Breathing in fresh air. * More sleeping on the floor.
Even though we were eating very cheap things on our free afternoon, we felt good as we all started packing up our stuff early. We told Uanl that we loved him again, not so hastily because I was reading a bit longer than I needed to - just to confirm our love.
But we did stay for two nights more before leaving. Since it was just one day, I forgot to really say goodbye. I wanted to get him something that would remind me of our chats or stories, something that said goodbye best. I wanted him to remember that he had my thoughts as well as his own. By next day, he was writing me messages via e-mail. We were thanking each other for the talks and letters.
As soon as we left, we both thought about what we were going to do with our free time. We read articles and posts about studying languages. Eventually, we found a course. We took a one week study class where there was a tutor in the main class. But since our class schedule wasn’t flexible yet, we had to use our free time to see where else we could get help.
We also contacted a couple people in the department who specialized in the second year of “Adspritely.” They shared their opinions with us and let us know that in 2 months, they had vacancies for language teachers. We told them that we should probably get signed up right away.
We woke up early and showered once more. This time, instead of going to a cheap hotel, we decided to ask for a free shower. A free shower seemed a little awkward, since we stayed in cheap hotels every morning.
