Farmer Sprays Manure On Protesters

Am I right in guessing that a lot of you are under the impression that I am a Fox News/Fox Haters.
Let me be clear again, I have never commented on or associated with any form of sensationalism anywhere on the internet. I have not once said "what if" or anything of the sort. And since what I have stated is factual, I did not quote from sources other than well-tracked blogs which clearly led to it being published there.
I was not interested in disseminating misinformation.
Rather I wanted to educate people.
I fully support worker rights. I support the ideals of unions throughout the country. But I also know that politics has little relationship with reality.
Where labor unions are weak, political power is increasing. Where unions are strong, political power is decreasing and unions are outgunned. As soon as things become physical and political warfare erupts, one often forgets that they are fighting for their very lives. And so yes, when a FOX reporter asks me this question, I am not looking for an economic discussion. I am looking for legal clarity. What the state of Maryland is doing may not be legal. What Washington State is doing, legally, may not be legal.
Was this overstepped in Maryland? Yes, because let’s be honest, that line doesn’t get you very far. They obviously had good intentions but they weren't able to do what they needed to do in order to avoid criminal charges. They therefore deserved to be punished.
And, now that Maryland's prison overcrowded facilities are full, who will fill them? Once these men start having to compete with an army of prisoners back in jail, what happens at Lake Mary, MacBryde or MDJCC? Will the guards there be as efficient as John Murtha? Probably not. Will the prison population increase as the number of men released is lessened? Of course not. The number of inmates facing prison confinement in the state already exceed Federal limits. Therefore, the more the facility fills, the more jails there will be in North Carolina and Florida.
What does it all mean? I don’t know yet. It’s a sad and unhappy situation.
