Fascore Institutional Services
They’re sometimes referred to as Faccare, the acronym for ‘Familiarization Services,’ not surprisingly for a bunch of computerized services. Fascore provides services such as advising on legal questions in the form of our famous FAQ document, Answer Sheet, or the like, and collecting customer information online. This enables us (and our consultants) to find out more about you after your purchase: What is insurance? Or what are their family car insurance options?
Fascore is also the custodian of the FAQ document. Every time you visit us, you can do this by typing in your own username and password from the side-bar, or by going to the website. They both don’t have to start with:

Q: Does Fascore bill by flat rate? A: We do not. We provide a quote based on your loan amount, and then adjust that to your finance offer, so we can get the exact loan amount you qualify for.
Q: I can’t find the page for a loan I’m interested in.. A: Go back to the Loan page and try again. Sometimes it may take a few minutes to load.
Q: I found the page for the loan I’ve shown interest in. A: Did you look under Loans?
Q: Would I qualify for a loan at 697 S Franklin? A: Yes, we would be glad to check that out to see if we could work with you.
Q: I’m very interested in the car loan you have. Do I have to go straight to the Financing page? A: No, you can only go there if you are actually going to drive your vehicle. We give you just a credit limit up to the amount you borrow, and then we can make certain you are qualified for all the finance options.
Q: I want to send a fax to let you know how much I really owe. A: Here’s the fax number to send it to. Put “Donate” in the subject line. The money will be forwarded to your account within a day or two.
Q: If I use my debit card, do I need to attach a receipt?
