When Julian Assange was arrested on rape charges 12 hours after posting a blog admitting that he was the source for a post about WikiLeaks being hacked, the anonymous hacker collective known as AnonCom was quick to note that most of the arrest warrants were for members of all European governments and none of them were currently members of the organization claiming the attacks took place. These “members” consist of politicians, police, military, and high-ranking bureaucrats, so it can be safely assumed that everyone involved in these crimes was an a member rather than an uninvolved member. However, AnonCom would only be speculating if they didn't also point out that there are dozens of those who are part of Russian cyber-terrorist organizations as well.

One question that I've noticed and is related to this is how many people think they are going to be arrested. A video has been floating around online now with the following text: “A Japanese source gave us the following information today: Jun 1st 2010, around 5:00 AM, an electronic/computer alarm was reported by Police Department Headquarters in Tokyo. According to this source, the police found the suspicious figure carrying a bag containing an aluminum box which was labeled “Cyber Security Technical Manual.”” This means that the device had a name which you would know by now - Alarm (all hail to the most excellent device created by M$). The police were asking for an ID and a serial number because they needed to locate the camera and possible evidence bags. They also worried about foreign hackers so they placed that alarm sign at the end of the “security advice” line. If that weren't enough, not only did the police suspect the person but the name and address of the person was published on a German government website just 24 hours after they carried out their anti-hacker protest.

The victim doesn't seem to be too much more than an innocent man. According to him, he purchased a blue convertible from Toyota Corp. outside of Tokyo.
