Jessie Lemonier Chargers
Biography
After a great start to her career with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Lemonier was traded during her first NFL season in 2008 to the Seattle Seahawks. Despite falling off the face of the earth like many high draft picks, the then-Cardinals have been quick to reclaim the rookie of the year award. Lemonier was a big part of two Super Bowl wins in 2009-10, starting the strong comeback and showing great emotion on the sideline for her team. The play and win against Denver in the AFC Championship game sealed the Cardinals return to the NFL.
Lemonier gave fans an excited energy every Sunday night, and she knew it was only going to get better with time. Her attitude and positivity grew each year, and over the past three years, fans have been back for more. At just 21 years old, she has already set herself apart as one of the most skilled wide receivers in college football. Lemonier will turn 25 before her first season of professional football starts.
