Desantis Bans Pink Floyd
After successfully inducing a general fear of pink Floyd via the studio, the new record is more straightened out. The new version of “Money” is built up to a 5.5-minute song much more in line with the 4-minute version from 1969. “Don’t Look Back In Anger”, probably the most enduring of the songs on Disrespectful since some of the performances by David Gilmour are very different, is reduced to 3.8-3.9 seconds.
The album has been produced by John Leckie, Mark Murphy and Tony Visconti (Produced by Paul McCartney, along with Peter Gabriel). The album should not be confused with the one released a few weeks ago.
For all you who saw what a disaster it was on tour then abandoned the album because if it didn’t do that it was like watching your TV cable pulled out the dsv@pov.
**I thought I was going to be talking about “Money” when I posted that but you can skip the rest of the post which is a depressing take on this:

It’s something of a relief to hear that anything besides this is going to be a classic, don’t you think?
