Medieval Lofi Beats
1.) "Ride a real Lofi beat."
This post is a kick in the pants for medieval fans everywhere. I've been pining for a beat like this for a long time, and I'm glad someone finally's found it. If you're into epic medieval beats and have some extra love for the fairytale genre, you might want to track down an expert. You can find one of these masters right here. And if your number isn't yet on their table, please sign up as well or sign up using one of our other KickStarter campaigns. Without further ado, let's get to it!
*Note: I know I promised no beatings would happen in this article, but this was too good to miss. Also, because I haven't done this in years, I'm taking pre-emptive risks and spoiling my game for the hungry readers. Sorry.*
The Lords
Loxian Chantry
Is Loxia a fantasy/historical setting, as everyone keeps telling me? Well, sure. Now we're talking...
Want a sample of what I'm talking about? Open this free download and pick any one of her scores.
When the party walks into this chantry, it's revealed that Loxia's beauty artisans make everything from pure oils to'skinny green wax', henceforth called "Loki Wax". Being less familiar with the name itself, I borrowed their unedited voiceover.
Wax melts.
"The realm of elves is made out of Loxian Licks..." (Tuff)
"Where was the hero's heir born? In the elf lands just beyond..." (Tawfik)
"Come on, little lady," Dressed up with fluttering bits of golden feather, the daughter of Atlas and Aether nimbly flies into her daddy's car. (Zamrakhin)
She begs her daddy to take her with him to an undisclosed place where she will be cherished by people of power. She seems to have lots of friends - but she doesn't mention it. (Reys)
Housed in a small house, the elf princess listens to and greets curious visitors. Her father's two brothers treat her like royalty now, but she still has her own identity.
