Thomas Bangalter Removes Helmet

Hello everyone. We are back from our break and seeing a bit of the end of 2016 here. I can now announce that it is 2014!!! I think I can fully make this official because I am still standing by the “last year was a really, really bad time for this.” post from a few days after the Christmas holiday so we’ll see what 2018 holds. We’re going to throw 2015 under the bus as well. With two chapters already published (the Battle at Egeria and Lagertha‘s Luck), and more in the pipeline, we can afford to do a little less blogging this season. Hopefully, this year will mark some real change with the release of both Lagertha and the next book – The Last Ride. We’ve also announced the release dates for all new Magician comic books. We’re so excited!

Speaking of the Magician series, we also have some exciting news to report. The last chapter of the saga is being published this month. Expectedly, we’ll have more details shortly.

This week has been really emotional as Kate finally broke the news to me personally. We went on holiday together to London, the UK, over Easter, but it soon became apparent that the fight between my wife and I for control of everything around me has something he never had before. Life is interesting.

With this in mind, we decided to visit Pompeii and hear Kate tell the story of being there. We visited his ‘borrow house’, where we saw an entire garden, home to all the visitors he displayed and led throughout the grounds. We played cards and drank wine out of cauldrons kept full of water. It is not one of those places where you light candles and sing hymns. The place is pitch black outside and we needed to use all of the food we brought to protect the people from anything that may have been lurking on the site.

Personally, I have been enjoying this story immensely. If memory serves me correct, the original entry should have been very much like what we saw today. Kate writes about a journey she made to help a friend who was trying to survive the volcanic eruption of Mount Vesuvius. I found myself completely enthralled.
